This 8-week Hot Yoga Teacher Training (26 Posture Series) is designed for practitioners living in Barcelona or Spain who want a training they can realistically commit to while continuing their work and daily life.
The program combines depth, discipline, and mentorship, with a strong emphasis on real teaching in a hot room—not abstract theory.

Who Is This Training For?
This program is for dedicated Bikram / Hot Yoga practitioners who want more than a certificate.
It is designed for two profiles:
- People who want to teach hot yoga
- People who want to deeply understand yoga: the body, the mind, the philosophy, and why the 26-posture series works—especially in heat
Whether or not you plan to teach professionally, this training will change the way you practice, observe, and understand yoga.
Certification & Professional Scope
Hot Yoga Teacher Training – 26 Posture Series (200 hours)
Graduates may apply for registration with Yoga Alliance Professionals (application is the graduate’s responsibility).
What You Will Learn
- Teach the full 26-posture series with precision
- Confidently lead a complete 90-minute class
- Teach safely and effectively in a 40°C room
- Read students under heat stress and respond intelligently
- Adapt postures for real bodies (knees, hips, spine)
- Use voice, rhythm, and presence to hold the room
- Know when to correct—and when not to
You will learn what to say, why you say it, and how to adapt when things don’t go as planned.
General Schedule (8 Weeks)
Designed to provide consistency, depth, and integration.
Wednesdays & Fridays (18:00–21:00)
Bikram class + posture clinic
Saturdays & Sundays (09:00–18:00)
Theory, clinics, teaching practice, and anatomy
- Total in-person hours: 200
- Anatomy: approx. 30 hours included
- Practice requirement: 6 classes per week
(5 included within the program)
A detailed calendar is provided upon enrollment. Schedules may be adjusted slightly based on group needs.

Technique & Practice
- Complete breakdown of the 26-posture series
- Personal practice as the foundation of solid teaching
- Advanced postures and their relationship to the classic sequence
Teaching Methodology
- Dialogue, pacing, and class structure
- Clear and effective verbal corrections
- When and how to correct safely in a hot room
- Motivating without pressure, fear, or ego
- Presence and authority without rigidity
Teaching in a Hot Room
- How heat affects the cardiovascular, respiratory, and nervous systems
- Class pacing, hold times, and recovery at 40°C
- Effective communication under thermal stress
- Critical situations and safety protocols
- Key differences between room-temperature yoga and hot yoga
Anatomy & Physiology
- Functional anatomy and applied alignment
- Joint mechanics of knees, hips, spine, and shoulders
- How anatomy guides safe decision-making in heat
Modifications & Injury Prevention
- Adaptations for common injuries
- Responsible teaching in mixed-level groups
- Maintaining sequence integrity while adapting to the individual
Meditation, Pranayama & Humanities
- Personal meditation practice
- Breath, focus, and stillness
- History of the 26-posture series, yoga philosophy, and teaching ethics
Practicum
- Progressive micro-teachings
- Teaching full classes with structured feedback
- Practical and oral exams
- Study and class management

Mentorship & Certification Requirements

This is the heart of the training.
Most trainings end when the course ends. This one doesn’t.
From experience, you can always tell when a teacher has had mentorship—and when they haven’t. It shows in confidence, clarity, and how they respond to real situations in a hot room.
Real teaching begins after the training, in front of a real class. This program supports you through that transition.
During the Training
- Minimum 90% attendance
- Passing all evaluations
Month 1: Log 5 classes per week
Month 2: Log 6 classes per week, including one double-class dayAfter the Training (Mentorship Phase – 3 Months)
- Teach 4 live public classes
- Submit reflection journals
- Certification issued after final validation
- Receive mentor feedback

Professional Mentorship Program
(Optional · Highly Recommended)

- 6 individual sessions (90 minutes each)
- Detailed class review and instruction correction
- Support for real-world teaching challenges
- Audition preparation and professional profile guidance
- Priority access to studio auditions
This option is for those who want to teach well.
Tuition & Payment
- Standard price: €2,850 (€600 deposit)
- Early Bird (before January 31): €2,700

Includes full training, basic mentorship, and an 8-week class pass.
Does not include external registration fees, mats, or towels.
