For years Lucia has taken small groups of like-minded people on an adventure of mindfulness, yoga and self-care. It is a special time to take a step back from family and work responsibilities and see what makes your chi alive. When you go home your family and friends will be so happy that the next time they will want to come with you!

Detox Reshape Program

Our famous 7-day Detox Reshape Yoga Juice program is what you need to revitalize your body and mind.

“Detox” means the elimination of toxins from the body.

“Reshape” means mold or shape (your body and mind) differently.

“Bikram Yoga” means sweat and by sweating it helps your body expel toxins, kill viruses and bacteria and cleanse the pores.

“This program is a wonderful.” It’s not about losing weight fast, or starving yourself, it’s about becoming conscious of eating habits (good and bad) and aware of the relationship we have with food and eating.

Workshops / Seminars

Always evolving, expanding our learning, we offer workshops and seminars from our own staff and with teachers from all over the world.  Check back regularly to this space to see what we are up to.

Universal Principals of Bikram Yoga: 10th of Feb 9:00-13:30
This workshop is designed to provide you with a clear understanding and effective techniques to enhance your yoga practice. 

Bikram Yoga is a very specific yoga series that includes twists, back bends, forwards bends, standing, sitting, and laying down postures. It can take a lot of time to understand these techniques. You will gain insights into these postures, ensuring a mindful practice that prevents potential damage and insures growth. 

Workshop: 38: 1 de marzo 19:00-21:00 y 2 de marzo 8:30 – 10:30

38 is our intermediate class. It follows a set flow of postures as the class level grows new postures get added. This class requires a level of practice and patience. Instead asking to be taught the next advanced the posture, which you might not be ready for, one needs to wait for the posture to develop from within, in a natural and flowing process.

This workshop is required to participate in the 38 class. You will learn new postures and the series that we practice in class. Most important is gives you a road map and an in depth understanding of the basic 26 postures in Bikram Yoga. If you know where you need to go the journey is a lot simpler.

If you know where each posture is intended to go you can then practice with another level of knowledge and understanding opening your yoga practice to another level and beyond.

Private Classes

A private lesson is perfect for when you need one-on-one attention for an injury, want a deeper understanding of your practice, or want to get some one-on-one time with your favorite teacher.


Lucia is specialized in working with back problems, hernias, sciatica, lumbago, pelvic floor, knee issues, weight loss, and respiratory issues like Asma. 

For your convenience, we offer a schedule where you can book directly with Eversports for a 1 hour session. We can adapt to your schedule and time so please contact us to schedule your first private class. It is always advisable to talk to us first.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates or HIIT Pilates. 60 minutes, 35 degrees.  It is a fun, challenging, high intensity, low impact, total body workout system. This system combines the principles of Pilates with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), at a temperature of 35 degrees, and 40% humidity for 60 minutes. Immediate results. HIIT is the fastest way to burn fat and tone at the same time. You will continue to burn calories up to 24 hours after your session. All fitness levels. The exercises are easy and safe. The class is done to music which makes it even more fun. Perfect complement to Bikram Yoga.
